Cambridge International
Developed a strategy and information design and architecture for the first US web experience for Cambridge International’s North America (US) product/service offering. Developed a three year rollout strategy for a user-centric architecture based on extensive user research at every phase of the project.
Beyond the US website, worked with the UK based technical team to design the information architecture, interaction design and data strategy for the online transcript sending and payment services, and international college credit search platform.
